This great device works as a reminder for nasal spray too! I could never remember if I’d used my spray in the morning - now I always know! Highly recommend.
This single bottle pill-minder is a clever concept that can be used with a variety of prescription bottles. Preferably ones that are bigger. The overall diameter of the dial could be reduced a little bit in order to allow for easier removal of the cap. That's my only criticism. The rubber strap, while somewhat crude, does the job and should work with the majority of standard medication bottles. The use of the dials is simple and they stay secure enough that won't rotate alone even if bumped around or squeezed in a purse or bag full of stuff. No batteries required. Just your fingers when you reach for the bottle and take your medicine.
I have a pain med that I am to take every 4 hrs. or as needed. Because I sometimes go 5, 5 1/2 or 6 hrs. I have trouble remembering when I took my last dose. I want to make sure it is at least 4 hrs. Now, as soon as I pick the bottle up, I check on when I took the last dosage and then reset the device before I take the next dosage. No more worries that I am taking my med too soon.
